Mother’s Day Cupcakes

Here are some photos of the cute vintage rose cupcakes I made my mum for Mother’s Day this year. You wouldn’t believe it but they were actually banoffee flavour!

The cupcake sponge was banana flavour, with a creamy toffee filling and cream cheese frosting. I then covered the top of them with a circle of blue sugarpaste to keep the banoffee flavour a surprise from my mum and then decorated them with little sugar paste flowers.

See I told you they were banoffee! ;-)
